Currently, we service facility space totaling over 15 million square feet. We also offer a wide range of specialized services, including construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, interior glass window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, garage cleaning, snow removal and specialized floor care (for marble, tile, granite, terrazzo, and brick). GGSI is a certified minority-owned small business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is a member of IFMA, IREM, and US Green Building Council.
