OUR TEAM

Director of Operations. The Director of Operations provides oversight of all operations from a senior management level. He ensures that the entire custodial team receives all of the support and resources needed to fulfill the requirements of our contracts. He regularly meets with clients to discuss any issues or concerns.

Corporate Quality Control and Safety Inspection Team. The Corporate Quality Control and Safety Inspectors perform quality and safety inspections at our clients’ facilities at least once per month to ensure that all requirements of the contracts are being met or exceeded, and that performance and safety levels meet GGSI standards.

Corporate Operations/Area Manager. The Area Managers regularly visit the facilities to meet with the on-site crews and clients to ensure that adequate oversight is being provided to the custodial operations. It is the duty of the Area Managers to ensure that the quality of our services meets or exceeds the expectations of GGSI corporate management and our clients. The Area Managers are equipped with mobile devices so that they are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Project Manager. An on-site Project Manager is directly assigned to each account. The Project Manager provides a personalized relationship as the main point of contact with the client. The Project Managers’ primary duty is to manage the daily operations of the day and night on-site cleaning crews, and maintain and enforce quality control at our clients’ facilities, while establishing good relations with our clients. The Project Managers ensure that our clients’ service calls are addressed promptly, and follow up on any issues or requests. The Project Managers are equipped with mobile devices so that they are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Supervisor. The Supervisors work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that all requirements for all facilities are met. The Supervisors are required to enforce quality control through daily/nightly inspections and ensure completion of the tasks required under each facility’s work plan. The Supervisors are equipped with mobile devices so that they are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
