Effective Management and Supervision. GGSI practices strong, hands-on, supervision and managerial oversight with effective corporate operational support of our on-site teams.

Proactive Preventive Maintenance Work Plan. Our work plan ensures that all tasks are completed in accordance with the schedule and standards stated in our contracts.

Meticulous and Systematic Quality Control Program. Our proactive quality control program prevents cleaning deficiencies by catching potential issues before they become problems. Our aggressive quality control inspection practices allow us to implement any operational changes needed to correct issues and improve work processes in order to minimize and prevent the occurrence of cleaning deficiencies.

Comprehensive Employee Training in Safety, Security, and Procedures. All GGSI personnel are extensively trained so that they can perform their assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and professionally. Employees are required to be dressed in the company uniform and to conduct themselves in a courteous, professional manner.

Transition Plan. GGSI’s planning, management, and staffing practices provide a seamless transition to new contracts with minimal disruption in services.

Immediate Response to Requests and Issues. GGSI provides fast response time and proficient follow-up to any cleaning requests or complaints, with a focus on effective communication. We will respond within 15 to 30 minutes after we receive a request.
